Driving Talent Ltd is delighted to welcome both new starters to the business, Operations Manager and Training Manager respectively.

In an exciting time for the business, both managers bring a breadth of knowledge in the recruitment and training sectors; demonstrating the first stage of Driving Talent’s growth plan going in to a new decade.

Meet Scott, Operations Manager

Scott brings with him over 30 years of experience working leading teams in recruitment.

With aspirations to translate experience into Driving Talent’s recruitment process; moving into an array of new sectors and exploring new opportunities becomes a reality.

Meet Nigel, Training Manager

Nigel has over 6 years working as a driver trainer or training manager he also over 26 years’ experience as a professional HGV/ LGV driver.

Offering a comprehensive range of professional driver training programmes such as Driver CPC, Class 1 & 2, Forklift, Trailer B+E and more.

Nigel’s role will be to oversee and manage the training processes to ensure a smooth experience for all clients and trainees.
